Course overview

This short course is designed for senior leaders to understand how to lead projects that will have a transformative effect upon their organisation. Each project may involve the adoption of a new technology or the creation of a new market and will therefore require a significant change in opportunity identification, evaluation and project management practices.

Through considering how such challenges have been addressed within a range of industry sectors, and by working on live projects within their own organisations, delegates will gain a theoretical and practical insight into how to lead innovation that delivers significant commercial benefits.
